NIA Graduate Students |

The NIA Graduate Program commenced operations in the Fall Semester 2003 with six-full time graduate students. By the Fall Semester 2005, the program had grown to over 40 full-time graduate students enrolled in M.S. or Ph.D. degree programs at one of our 6 participating universities and taking classes at NIA HQ in Hampton, VA. Students are enrolled in programs including: aerospace, mechanical, systems, electrical and materials engineering as well as degree programs related to atmospheric sciences research. The link below to current graduate students also shows a list of their research projects, giving an indication of the breadth of our program and diversity of research areas.
Current NIA Graduate Students
The link below lists the students who have graduated from the program, including their thesis information and their current positions. The first student to take all of her classes at NIA received an MS degree in August 2005.
