Georgia Tech
Georgia Tech is offering graduate degrees from the School of Aerospace Engineering and the School of Mechanical Engineering at NIA. The courses are a mixture of live, two-way video and asynchronous, using video tape or CDs delivered to the student. In Mechanical Engineering there is a web-based and video-based Masters degree program. For information call (800) 543-2034 or contact web.program@me.gatech.edu. Additional distance learning courses from other engineering programs as well as mathematics are available from the Center for Distance Learning, http://www.cdl.gatech.edu/dl/servlet/DLHome. North Carolina A&T State University
NC A&T State University offers an M.S. and Ph.D. program in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering at NIA . Contact Prof. William Craft at craft@ncat.edu or (336) 334-7620 ext. 314, for information about the program from NC A&T and for enrollment procedures.

North Carolina State University
NC State is offering courses at NIA via distance learning leading to graduate degrees in Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering. The courses are a mixture of live, two-way video and asynchronous, using web-accessible streaming media or CDs delivered to the student. University of Maryland
The University of Maryland is currently offering both M.S. and Ph.D. degrees through NIA in Aerospace Engineering (ENAE). The courses are primarily live, two-way video and may be taken at NIA Headquarters. Please indicate your relationship to NIA in the first line of your first essay (Research Goals) so that your application can be handled properly.

University of Virginia
The University of Virginia offers graduate degree programs at NIA in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics, Materials Science and Engineering, Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering, and Systems and Information Engineering. Several courses are taught on-site by resident faculty. The majority of courses are transmitted from UVA via live, two-way digital video-conferencing technology. Virginia Tech
Virginia Tech offers M.S. and Ph.D. degree programs at NIA in: Aerospace and Ocean Engineering, Engineering Mechanics, Materials Science and Engineering and Mechanical Engineering. The courses are primarily live, two-way video delivered to (or originate from) NIA Headquarters. In addition M.S. degree programs will be available in Electrical and Computer Engineering, Industrial and Electrical Engineering and Civil and Environmental Engineering through the Virginia CGEP program and are available at the Peninsula Graduate Center.
