Langley Professor Appointed to Review NASA\'s Capability Roadmap  
Dr. James Hubbard has been selected as a member of Panel C on Telescopes/Observatories and Instruments and Sensors. The Aeronautics and Space Engineering Board of the National Academies' National Research Council has created ten panels to review NASA's Capability Roadmaps, which will identify a path to acquire key capabilities in response to strategic roadmaps and top-level agency requirements.
