PRE-SERVICE TEACHER STEM INSTITUTE

Rules and Regulations

We want your stay to be pleasant. Here are a few things you will need to know:

ATTENDANCE/PUNCTUALITY - Students will attend all sessions. It is imperative that everyone is on time for classes, NASA tours, and other scheduled activities. Faculty and Tour Guides are waiting for you. Many other people are also taking tours at NASA, so it is important to be on time.

CHARGES - Individuals will be charged for any loss/damage to the residential facilities and equipment. There will be a fee for lost/unreturned keys, and for replacement meal cards. (Check back for specific fee amounts.)

CHECKOUT/GUESTS - Students will not be permitted to remain after the checkout date, and provisions have not been made for overnight guests. Any special arrangements must be made ahead of time with Mr. Holmes and Dr. Carter.

FORMS - At the appropriate times, please be sure to complete and submit all forms that you are given, such as the Travel Reimbursement Form .

MEALS - Please note meal times and locations on the schedule.

MEDICAL - Students needing medical assistance will be taken to the hospital and will be required to provide insurance information and pay any applicable fees. See area map for hospital locations.

RESPECT - Students will be respectful to everyone at all times. Late night noise/activities shall be confined to designated areas so those wishing to work or sleep may do so.
