There are two nearby airports to NIA.

Newport News-Williamsburg International Airport

Directions to NIA: Go down Bland Blvd., take a left onto Jefferson Ave. Bear right to Interstate 64 East. Take Hampton Roads Center Parkway East, exit (261B) toward NASA and Langley AFB. Proceed 0.75 mi and exit, Magruder Blvd (VA-134). Turn left onto Magruder Blvd (VA-134 N). Go 2.08 mi. and turn left onto Floyd Thompson Blvd (Wendy's on left). Follow to the end and turn left onto Exploration Way (the only building).

Norfolk International Airport

Directions to NIA: Upon leaving the Norfolk International Airport, drive straight out and pick up Interstate 64 West. Follow signs for Richmond. Continue traveling on I-64 West. (You are going to Hampton – on the other side of the water.) Take Magruder Blvd North (VA 134 N) exit (262B). Merge onto Magruder Blvd North (VA 134 N). Go 2.7 mi. Turn left onto Floyd Thompson Blvd (Wendy's on left). Follow to the end and turn left onto Exploration Way (the only building).
