Current Research

Atmospheric aerosols and climate 

Aerosols are key elements of the earth atmospheric through their impacts on radiations, clouds and precipitations. Our group study the impacts of volcanic eruptions and pollution in Asia on stratospheric composition and climate by analyzing satellite data, organizing airborne field campaigns and run numerical simulations of the earth atmosphere.

Airborne measurements

Characterizing the physical and chemical properties, help better predicts their impacts on climate. We develop, adapt and fly sensors onboard small and large airborne balloon platform worldwide after volcanic eruptions and every summer to study the South East Asian Monsoon.
